Overview

Parent Teacher Club (PTC)

Our Mission

Crestmont Elementary Parent Teacher Club’s (PTC) mission is to foster a vibrant and supportive community that enhances the educational experience for all Crestmont families. We are dedicated to supporting our students, school, and staff through various community events, impactful fundraising efforts and meaningful family engagement. Together, we strive to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and succeed. Our board of elected members from within our school community are volunteers working to support Crestmont. All members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend our public board meetings where you can get updated on current happenings. We have many volunteer opportunities throughout the year and appreciate all the support and donations that contribute to our success.

Volunteer Opportunities at Crestmont

Crestmont Elementary School appreciates all of our volunteers. All volunteers must have a completed Volunteer Info Form on file for each school year. Please see link below for the form. We also need to have a copy of the volunteer’s current drivers license on file. Volunteers who will be driving students on field trips, attending overnight field trips as a chaperone or working one on one with a student in a room without a staff member present, must be fingerprinted. Please refer to links below for the fingerprinting document and instructions on where to obtain the live scan and the cost. There is also a link for Private Vehicle Transport which is the form to verify that you have adequate insurance to drive on a field trip. Please contact the office at (916) 771-1750 if you have any questions.

Contact our P.T.C. if you are interested in these opportunities or if you would like to find out about other volunteer activities.
