Crestmont Optional Supply List

Please browse this page to view Crestmont’s supply lists by grade level. The items on each list help to support our student programs. These items are suggested and not required.

ASD

Student Supplies

• Over-Ear/Wired Headphones: Keep them in a labeled Ziploc bag.
• Sensory/Fidget Items: Small stress balls, textured stones, or “chewelry” to help with sensory regulation.
• Comfort Item: A small, smooth textured object or familiar comfort blanket to ease transitions.
• Change of Clothes: An extra set of sensory-friendly clothes in case of accidents or sensory overload.
• Pencil Box: Hard plastic, to keep desk items organized.
• Pencils & Erasers: Pre-sharpened Ticonderoga pencils and large pink erasers.
• Coloring Supplies: 24-count Crayola crayons, 12-count colored pencils, and classic washable markers.
• Glue: Elmer’s glue sticks, white liquid glue. 
• Scissors:a pair of blunt-tip or standard kid’s scissors.
• Notebooks & Folders: Wide-ruled composition notebooks and un-pronged pocket folders.
• Whiteboard Setup: Fine-tip black dry erase (Expo) markers and an old clean sock to act as an eraser.

Kindergarten

• 3 packs small glue sticks (every trimester)
• 1 pack large Glue Stick Gel, Extra Strength
• 1 pack Crayola crayons, 8 colors – large “primary” size
• 1 pack Crayola colored pencils
• 1 pack color Crayola markers
• 1 pack of highlighters
• 2 reams of white copy paper
• 1 package of baby wipes
• 1 box kleenex tissues
• Headphones
• Large hand sanitizer with pump
• Individual teachers may have specific requests.

1st Grade

2nd Grade

• Two black white board markers
• One pencil box (no larger than inches by 5 inches)
• Two highlighters
• A pair of earbuds or headphones to use with a Chromebook for the year
• Pocket folders
• One yellow, one blue, one red (these are used for organization in the desk all school year)

No binders, please. There is no room for them in the students’ desks.

3rd Grade

Items denoted by asterisk (*) will not be shared.

• Large pencil box (Sterilite preferred approximately 11.5 by 7 by 3)*
• Box of no more than 12 colored pencils* (keep in original box)
• Two boxes of no more than 24 Crayola crayons* (keep in original box/the second box will be used to replaced mid year)
• Scissors*
• 3 Wide-ruled composition notebooks
• 3 Two-pocket style folders* (no prongs; differentiate color/style for subjects: e.g., one green, one blue, and one of choice)
• New, unlaundered 100% cotton white t-shirt to tie-dye (should be one size larger than they wear)*
• Pencil sharpener (must have a case to catch the shavings)*
• 2 Sharpie Ultra Fine Tip Markers, Black

• 1 set of earbuds – used for testing (very Important!)
• 1 box of sharpened Ticonderoga pencils (replace throughout the year)
• Binder paper (replace throughout the year)
• 4 black dry erase markers (replace throughout the year)
• 1 box of crayons (16 to 24 colors only)
• 1 set of felt-tip markers (8 colors, washable)
• 1 set of colored pencils (sharpened, 12 to 16 colors)

Classroom donations

• Box of Kleenex tissues (needed throughout the year)
• 1 container of baby wipes
• Index cards (3 inches by 5 inches, needed throughout the year)
• Post it notes (any color, any size)

4th/5th Grade Combo

• 3 packs of 3 by 5 notecards (needed for weekly flashcards to study vocab words)

• 1 large pencil box (Sterilite approx 11.5 by 7 by 3)
  • Large Pencil Box Link (we are requesting a large pencil box because it helps students keep all supplies neatly in one place and helps with desk organization)
